To strengthen our Human Resources Department, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist eager to grow in a role that makes a real impact on the business.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational (shop floor) and technical/engineering roles;
• Post and manage job listings, and actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels;
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings, lead preliminary interviews, and ensure candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience;
• Keep the candidate database up-to-date and organized, and work on multiple positions in advance (talent pipeline);
• Implement and monitor the onboarding process for new employees;
• Contribute to Employer Branding projects and improving the candidate experience;
• Promote the Aloft brand internally and externally – Job Fairs / Training Centers / Colleges / others;
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role—preferably in an industrial setting;
• Experience leading and overseeing onboarding processes;
• Alignment with an industrial culture characterized by approachability, rigor, and continuous improvement;
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills;
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others;
• Ability to use AI tools throughout the various stages of the recruitment process;
• Professional-level English (required);
• Availability for a 100% on-site work model;
