At Aloft, we believe that strong customer relationships are built on organization, trust, and consistent execution. It is in this spirit that we are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage our most strategic account: Decathlon.
This is a central role in the company’s growth - not a support role, but one of operational leadership. We’re looking for someone capable of connecting the client, product, and operations with clarity and pace; someone who turns requirements into action, aligns teams, anticipates risks, and ensures that every project moves forward with discipline and a focus on results.
YOUR MISSION
Oversee Decathlon projects from kickoff through to production - ensuring alignment across departments, meeting deadlines, and fostering a close, trusting relationship with the client.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the management of new projects from kickoff through to production
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Aloft and Decathlon
- Keep all departments aligned and informed throughout each project
- Monitor critical milestones, track metrics, and anticipate deviations before they become problems
- Manage short-term priorities - samples, validations, urgent tasks - without losing sight of the big picture
- Represent Aloft in meetings and visits to Decathlon brands in France (Quechua, Fouganza, Kipsta, among others)
- Identify roadblocks and act quickly and with good judgment
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in client management, key account management, or project management in an industrial and/or international context
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- A clear focus on the client and on execution—you don’t get lost in the details, but you don’t ignore them either
- Assertive, empathetic, and trustworthy communication
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to interpret metrics and support decision-making (Excel, Power BI)
- Autonomy, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel to France on an occasional basis
- French and/or English skills are a plus
WHAT REALLY MATTERS TO US
More than a perfect resume, we’re looking for someone with the energy to keep up the pace during critical phases, who makes commitments and follows through on them, and who represents Aloft with authenticity. Someone who is a generous team player - who shares information naturally and doesn’t keep knowledge to themselves.
Work arrangement: On-site, with occasional travel to France | Contract: Fixed-term, initial duration of 12 months
