Sales Manager

It is in this spirit that we are seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and help us expand our international presence.

This is a role with a direct impact on the company’s growth - focused not only on prospecting, but on building lasting relationships and creating opportunities with real potential. We are looking for someone who knows how to open doors, interpret needs, and turn contacts into business, with autonomy, judgment, and ambition.


YOUR MISSION
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, ensuring a structured approach to the market and actively contributing to Aloft’s growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, creating new business opportunities;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to closing - with autonomy and consistency;
  • Present product solutions clearly and tailored to each client’s needs;
  • Build trusting business relationships, with a focus on creating long-term value;
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, development, operations) to align proposals and approaches;
  • Monitor the market, identify trends, and contribute relevant insights to the sales strategy;
  • Represent Aloft at meetings, trade shows, and client visits, both in Portugal and abroad;
  • Ensure effective follow-up on leads and opportunities, maintaining organization and a focus on results.
     
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Up to 2 years of experience in sales roles (preferably in a B2B or industrial setting)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and clearly results-oriented
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into value for the customer
  • Team spirit and a willingness to contribute to a common goal
  • Fluency in English (required); other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25% of the time)
  • Comfort in dynamic and constantly evolving environments
