Marking International Women’s Day with a meaningful gesture!

We marked the upcoming International Women’s Day with a simple yet meaningful moment.
 

Although the official date is March 8th, we chose to anticipate the celebration to ensure that all the women in our team could receive a small gesture of appreciation for their daily contribution.
 

Yellow roses were distributed to all the women in the company, symbolizing respect, appreciation, and gratitude. A symbolic gesture that reflects the real impact each person has on our culture, our work environment, and our growth as an organization.
 

The flowers were delivered by Ana Couto, Rute Vidal, Dina Sousa and Sara Miranda, in a shared moment that reinforces what we stand for.
 

More than a celebration, this day is a reminder of the importance of continuing to promote equality, recognition, and opportunities for all.
